A phone exposed to water, coffee or another liquid may have damage that is not visible outside. Disconnect it from power, stop using it and contact SOS PHONE. Tell us what happened before attempting more tests.

What you do next matters more than another test.
Switch the phone off if you can do so normally. Do not plug it in to see whether it still works. Avoid hairdryers, radiators and rice: these do not establish that the internal components are dry or free from contamination.
Tell the technician which liquid was involved, when it happened and whether the phone was powered on or charged afterwards. Salt water and sugary drinks leave different residues. The internal assessment determines whether cleaning, corrosion treatment or another repair is appropriate.

Can water damage always be repaired?
No. The condition of the electronics and storage determines what is possible. We explain the findings and limits before you agree to an intervention; a successful outcome cannot be promised in advance.
Is €39 the price to restore my phone?
Treatment starts from €39 depending on the diagnosis. Replacement components or board work may require a different quote. This is not a fixed price or a guarantee of restoring a liquid-damaged device.
What if I only need the files?
Say so before any work begins. Accessing data and restoring reliable everyday use are different goals. The technician discusses feasibility according to the damage found.
