SOS PHONE · Privacy and contact requests

Privacy notice

Updated 24 October 2026. This notice explains how contact requests and optional website measurement work.

Who handles your request?

SOS PHONE, the website publisher identified in the legal notice, at 46 rue d’Avron, 75020 Paris, handles your contact and quote requests. You can contact the workshop at abdichetelecom@gmail.com or +33 9 84 17 33 77.

Information collected through the forms

The quote form requires your name, email address, device model and a description of the fault. These details are needed to assess and respond to your request. The French form also offers an optional phone number and requested visit slot. Do not include passwords, unlock codes, recovery keys or unnecessary personal information in the description.

Why we use this information

We use the information to respond, prepare a diagnosis or quote and discuss a possible repair. This processing supports steps taken at your request before entering into a repair contract. Sending a request does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Who receives the information?

Requests are sent to the workshop’s email address. Resend provides the email delivery service and attempts to send you a receipt. The website is hosted on Google Firebase App Hosting. These technical providers process information needed to operate their services; their privacy information describes their own processing and international data-transfer arrangements.

How long are quote requests kept?

Quote requests that do not lead to a repair are kept for up to 12 months after the last exchange relating to the request, then deleted, unless retention is necessary for a legal obligation or dispute. If a request leads to a repair, information needed for the customer file and supporting documents is kept according to the applicable contractual, accounting and legal requirements. This rule also applies to copies kept in the workshop’s mailbox; publishing this notice does not itself automate deletion.

Optional audience measurement

Google Analytics 4 is enabled only after you accept measurement. It measures page visits and contact actions, such as phone-link clicks, directions clicks and quote-form starts or successful submissions. A phone-link click does not prove that a call was completed. The website’s contact-event payloads do not include the name, email, phone number or description entered in the form. Your analytics preference is stored in your browser. You can reject measurement or change your choice using Cookie preferences.

Your requests and rights

Contact abdichetelecom@gmail.com to ask about your information or request access, correction, deletion or restriction, and to exercise other rights where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal reasons. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time through Cookie preferences. If you consider that your data-protection rights have not been respected, you may contact the French data-protection authority, the CNIL.
