Bring the device, its exact reference if available and a description of the symptoms. A compatible charger can help with a charging fault. Back up accessible files beforehand and explain any previous liquid damage or attempted repair. Do not send passwords or recovery keys through the website.
For a desktop computer, call first to check which equipment is useful to bring. If the device is damaged or unsafe to handle, ask about handling before travelling.
