A tablet used for work, drawing or travel can be difficult to replace at short notice. Tell us which iPad you use and whether the problem affects the glass, image, touch controls, battery or charging. We discuss the suitable checks before proposing an intervention.

The generation matters as much as the screen size.
iPad, iPad Air, iPad mini and iPad Pro have different constructions across generations. If possible, provide the model number from the device information or purchase documents. A screen size alone does not identify the correct replacement part.
Cracked glass with a working image is different from a black display or unresponsive touch controls. Describe what still works and whether the casing is bent after a fall. The condition of the housing and display assembly influences what can be repaired.

Can you give an iPad screen price from the phone price list?
No. Tablet parts and construction differ from phones. The exact iPad model and diagnosis determine the quote; phone starting prices do not apply automatically.
Can you check Apple Pencil or touch problems?
Describe whether fingers, the Pencil or both are affected, and which accessories you use. Bring the relevant accessory if it helps reproduce the issue. Assessment determines whether the cause is the tablet, accessory or another factor.
Is this an Apple-authorised workshop?
