Do I need to reset my phone?
A battery replacement generally does not require erasing the phone. Back up your files beforehand if possible, and tell us if accessing your data is the priority.
What if the phone still drains quickly?
Explain the original symptoms and what happens after the intervention. A battery may not be the only cause; the technician discusses any further checks rather than promising that one replacement will resolve every fault.
