Phone not charging? Let’s identify the cause.
A cable that only works at an angle, intermittent charging or no response at all can have different causes. Bring the phone and, if useful, the charger that reproduces the problem. We check what is happening before proposing work on the port.

The cable, port and charging circuit need different checks.
If it is safe to do so, note whether another compatible cable or charger changes the behaviour. Tell us whether the connector feels loose, the charging symbol appears or wireless charging still works. Do not force the plug or insert metal objects into the port.
Depending on the model, the port may be part of a flex cable, a small board or the motherboard. Debris, connector damage and a circuit fault do not call for the same intervention. A port replacement is proposed only when the diagnosis supports it.

Does the port always need replacing?
No. The cable, charger, battery, debris or an electronic fault can explain charging symptoms. The diagnosis determines whether cleaning, replacement or another intervention is appropriate.
What does the starting price cover?
Port replacement starts from €29 depending on model and part. Cleaning or motherboard work requires a quote matched to that intervention; the starting price is not a fixed price for every charging fault.
