Broken glass and a black screen are different problems.
If your phone still rings or vibrates with a black screen, mention this when you contact us. The display or its connections may need attention, but power or motherboard faults can produce similar symptoms. A black screen alone does not establish which part has failed.
The model, LCD or OLED technology and available replacement part affect the quote. Glass-only work and a complete display replacement are not interchangeable: the technician explains what is suitable for your device.

Call with the exact model to check the part and expected repair time. Availability varies; a same-day repair cannot be confirmed before these checks.
Is the replacement covered?
The replaced part and repair are covered for three months, excluding new accidental damage or liquid damage. Ask the technician to explain the conditions before agreeing.
