Identify the model before choosing the repair.
An iPhone with cracked glass, a weak battery or an unreliable Lightning or USB-C connection needs checks matched to the symptom. Include the generation and variant, such as iPhone 13 Pro rather than simply iPhone 13: construction and replacement parts differ.
If the iPhone is stuck on the Apple logo, restarts or no longer turns on, describe what it still does when connected to power. Replacing a screen or battery is not automatically the answer. Mention any earlier repair so the technician can assess a persistent fault.

SOS PHONE is an independent repair workshop. We do not claim Apple authorisation. Ask which replacement part and intervention are proposed for your model before giving approval.
How much will my iPhone repair cost?
The price depends on the fault, model and part. Diagnosis is free; the technician explains the quote, expected time and repair conditions before work starts. A general starting price is not a fixed price for every iPhone.
Can you help before I leave Paris?
Tell us your departure date when you call. We check the likely work and part availability, but cannot promise a completion time before assessing the phone.
